Footasylum London - Stratford Westfield

Nice shop, but never do “REFUNDS” for items bought “ONLINE”. More then x10 times, they always saying can’t “Refund” items bought online, always many excuses problems with system. Put me off shopping with Footasylum to be Honest. How can you not do refunds with items bought online. Total inconvenience and extra travel costs, I have to travel to Asda store drop off point every time. I’ve never had an issue with Online purchase refunds with any other “Company”, Only Footasylum Stratford Westfield, Terrible.

Very friendly staff and not under managed liek a certain direct sports shop, decent enough selection, but as will all shops that sell trainers, flipping music is ridiculously loud

This Footasylum manager has one hell of an Ego who doesn’t listen to the customer but rather state non factual (basically a load of 🐄) laws to quickly try to diffuse the situation.
When I asked to get an identity number or her name if possible I was told by her she can refuse so I then said, how do I make a formal complaint as the HR will ask who do you want make the complaint against. So then I asked at least can I have your position so that I can have some sort of reference so that I can indicate whom I am complaining about.

I can for sure understand and I will apologise if Footasylum is owned by your father, will make a lot of sense and I can really understand you as a spoilt little girl. But if Footasylum isn’t your father company then I shall wish you good luck in your time spent in the industry.

Well organized shop with enough staff to help the customers. Very efficient yet not over friendly

Nice staff very helpful the problem is the queue is really long and to pick up takes a while as it's the same queue as paying to collect

The manager is a scam and the will try anything not to refund even after selling faulty products and will give random explanations to not refund the things got faulty products from them multiple times i prefer avoiding stratford footasylum

Friendly helpful employee. I did feel sorry for him when we ended up not buying anything. He tried so hard to get the sale. Wish I had taken his name. Ab employee worth keeping
