Had a fantastic experience with CRYSTAL LONDON. The customer service representatives were very accommodating and extremely helpful. They delivered the dress on time and were very transparent about the entire process. Provided updates promptly. The dress also turned out beautifully, exactly how I imagined it and the fitting was perfect. Cannot recommend the brand highly enough.

If I could rate this store a 0/5 I would. The quality of the shoes are atrocious. They price their items as £90+ and say their items are 50% off to lure customers in. In reality, the shoes are worth pittance. The shoes aren't able to withstand any event and are poorly made. As well as this, the staff members need customer service training ASAP. Mehwish and her sister were extremely rude and hostile. Both showed significant attitude towards customers and one even chucked a bag at a customer. They are unable to take any constructive feedback or acknowledge faults in their product. I would recommend never shopping at this establishment.

They are scammers, they are quick to take your money but don't give the product you chose. They think because they are getting business and making money that they can treat people anyhow but don't realise this is the 21st century. Word of mouth and social media is not nothing it creates a big impact on the business. Keep treating your customers bad and keep scamming people it will bite you back very soon bunch of Rude theirs. I would not recommend them and I will tell everyone how disgusting these owners and staff are. No shame

Have been shopping her over a decade possibly more , whenever there is an event and I need glitzy shoes I come here first , the staff are truly lovely, great customer service and very helpful. Even when you have complex shoe size needs and width they go above and beyond to help you obtain footwear for your special event. I have never been disappointed in service here or product. What people need realise is what you see is what you pay for and you decide to make that purchase or not. Personally I have never had any issues woth the footwear or service and will happily come again. 😊 thanks again lovely ladies for all your help.

My outfit actually came out better than I expected. The customer service was excellent with regular and constant communication and nothing was too much for them. There was a very small glitch in the measurement and I got upset (as every bride does) but crystal never failed to rectify things. They sorted everything out perfectly. I have to admit I am so pleased with the customer service and the outfit. I recommend everyone for crystals now. Please get your outfit from them they will outdo your expectations unlike other places in green street and Southall who just seem to disappoint and not care about it.

Excellent service given by Beenish, I went for a single pair of shoes but came out with two! Amazing customer service, definitely worth it and I recommend it. Would definitely visit again, its miles better than competing stores near by.
