Dune London, Marble Arch

Went to Dune to buy a formal and casual pair of shoes. Completely ignored by staff despite going up and down the shoe aisle a couple of times to get their attention. 3 members of staff completely idle - no wonder the shop wasn't busy! Went elsewhere on Oxford Street and bought shoes with attentive /professional service. If they can’t be bothered why should you?!

It was a great quality and variety of shoes and I want to bought two shoes for me but I didn’t because the customer service was too slow it took more than half an hour to bring my size for trying and there were two staff they are very rude and they ignoring me and my family they jus standing and looking it was the worst dune branch visiting. ☹️

I suggest to swapping the staff and like an Oxford st. Should be a very polite and quicker customer service. Thank you anyway.

Bosse and Nadia absolutely killing it on a busy Wednesday evening. Compared to other shops on the street they were super efficient and very bubbly and helpful even though it was right at the end of their shift. Thanks for my Suffolks!

I love Dune’s shoes and their flats are very very comfortable. They look classy as well but they are a bit expensive (avg £80) but I believe that you can’t find the comfort and the beauty of their products anywhere else. Their staff are also very kind (Marble arch, London) and they are pretty helpful.

Looks and style is great. Quality control is lacking.

Good shoes, but you don't get a receipt w/o email address... I don't share my address if there is no good loyalty program.
Really bad service at the cashier and unfriendly... There is no other option!!!! The other person was good.
