Clarks

A bad experience in this store. The manager (a short lady with black hair) was impolite and totally unhelpful. I wanted to make a complaint about a faulty produt. She said she cannot accept my complaint as the shoes had been bought last year (in late October). I replied that it shouldn't matter as, according to the terms and conditions, faulty products can be returned within 6 months. She then responded that that's what Clarks says on website but she will not accept it. She told me to make a complaint online if I want to try to get a refund/exchange. So rude!

I went to another Clarks store the same day. They offered me an exchange straightaway.

Avoid Clarks in Walthamstow.

Extremely rude manger. This was the second time I was in this shop to buy my daughter shoes and the same attitude was given. Clearly needs to learn to be kind and polite.

Great service, didn't have what I needed in stock, sourced them online and ordered for me, Hajrah was very helpful and her customer service is amazing

I went there with my family. I asked the lady for foot measurement. She measured my children's foot and refused to measure elders measurement. She said that she was busy and she had no time for our foot measurement. So we left the shop without buying any shoe.

Went on a Saturday to look for shoes for my 13 month old. Was very busy and there was only 2 shop floor staff (one of which was the manager) and 1 stockroom person.
My daughters feet were measured and a size given and a shoe type recommended. We were brought down a few different options.
The person serving us was having to manage a few different customers at once. Would have appreciated a bit more one to one time going through things for baby shoes especially during the stage where they're transitioning from crawling to walking but I understand we went at peak time. I suggest having more weekend staff to help with managing customers.

Such a bad store the manager lina was being rude while she was helping us she was saying that I need to help other costomer while she was helping us how rude you should kick that women out of that store unhappy😡🙄

Do not go to this store if you have a problem. Lina, the store manager, will ask you to go home and sort the problem out online. Clarks sent the wrong shoes in my order. She was so unhelpful and even raised her voice to me. In the end I had to go home and sort it out, something they could have done in store. The other staff are lovely, but avoid the store manager Lina

Clarke shoes have a historic reputation for quality, making this store a good option for shoppers.
