Best customer service, commitment to finding me the “right” and perfect pair of shoes, and possibly the most sympathetic, caring, and thoughtful sales staff I have ever encountered!
I met Nancy, I believe her name is; a very beautiful, dark complexioned young lady (in case I got her name wrong I want to make sure she gets credit for her hard work). I had just arrived to London for a 3 week holiday and to visit my son studying there. Unfortunately my feet had swollen terribly on the long flight.
For about 5 days I had squeezed my feet into the only pair of shoes I could remotely get onto my feet, out of the 3 pairs I brought with me. I was hobbling by this time & could barely walk any longer due to the level of damage. My feet were in terrible shape with blisters the size of my toes, on my toes, and from the pavers that lined the sidewalks that would randomly buckle underfoot, I had stubbed my big toe several times severely to the point my toe nail pushed into nail bed, turned purple, and began to blister around the nail bed. I was desperate and with all the walking I was doing I couldn’t continue the way I was going. Nothing else I tried was working, so I knew my only option was to purchase new shoes; but I DID NOT want to waste a day shopping for shoes, I was already difficult to fit and now I didn’t have hope of finding anything in a quick fashion, but I was proven wrong by a very hard working and diligent young lady!
I googled a shoe store near my hotel and found TOWER London and the MOST AMAZING young lady that helped me find a pair of shoes to fit me. She brought out shoes upon pair of shoes until we found a pair that fit and would help my feet to heal. I tried on just about every pair in the store that could possibly work, in about every reasonable size. She just kept trying to help me find something to fit my poor pained feet. She spent well over 2 hours with me making sure I found the perfect pair to not only relieve the pain, but offer support so I wouldn’t do any more damage. I can’t begin to thank her enough!! She saved my trip to London and Ireland! My feet are still healing a month later, but at least the greatest healing was able to happen in the 1st days after I received all the personal attention and assistance from TOWER London and a perfect new pair of shoes from there. I was back up to walking 8-16.5 km in no time!

SERIOUSLY ADVISE AGAINST SHOPPING IN THIS STORE. My 12-year old daughter was mis-sold a pair of expensive Dr Martens shoes. They didn't fit her narrow foot, but store manager Monice convinced her that she can buy gel inserts across the street at Boots to prevent her heel from popping out. After we bought the shoes and tried gel inserts, the shoes still didn't fit, so we immediately brought them back to get refunded. Monice was unwilling to refund us, blaming Tower's corporate refund policy. She also was dishonest in not wanting to admit to her boss (on the other side of the phone line) that she knowingly mis-sold the product. So effectively the company broke UK law. We were not allowed to speak to her manager either. This kind of behaviour is illegal in the UK and should get sanctioned.

Rude, untrained and unhelpful staff including the manager. Don't come here as they have no clue about customer service.
Disinterested in helping customers and we would be surprised if this shop is still here in a years time.

Great range of products and great service. Will be purchasing shoes from here again.

London Tower is located in heart of the city of London, just beside the Thames river. London Tower is an excellent place to visit. June to August is is the best season to visit. You can get pleasant weather in London. In London Tower apart from recalling the history, you can see the priceless ''Kohi-noor" diamond and Callinun diamond. These diamonds makes the museum the most expensive and attractive in the world

Great selection of boots and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A no pressure environment. They want you to find the right boot.

DON'T EVEN HOPE TO RECEIVE A REFUND IN THIS STORE! They say it's 'company's policy' but it's actually illegal. If someone knows how to return your money let me know.
