Never have I received such deplorable service before, I have worked in customer service for many years so I am fully aware of how to treat a customer. I approached two workers after about 5 minutes of browsing, they did not give me a single bit of acknowledgement, even though my boyfriend and I were the only two people in the store. We walked straight out and I purchased the shoes online directly from Adidas

Great shopping experience today. Both Frankie and Chanelle were really helpful and bent over bavkwards to help me spend my money. Would definitely be going back. Shame, as I could not give them feedback on the office website...please sort this out! As I would love to let their head office know about these two lovely women.

Very friendly and helpful - exchanged my daughter’s shoes that I’d bought as a gift but were a size too small. I couldn’t find the receipt but the manager was fine.

Wouldn't accept a refund on shoes I have never worn, only in the house for 5 mins.
The shoes are office brand extremely uncomfortable and not designed for a foot, feels like walking on pieces of foam, I'm shocked the mgr wouldn't take them back not a scratch on them, just glue from the poor quality.
