Very disappointed in the returns service from this company. We bought a pair of shoes for our son, unfortunately they did not fit, so we returned them at our own cost. It was obvious they had not been worn outside however we were refused a full refund due to a 'mark on the sole of the shoe' which from the photo looks like it will wipe off. This could very well have been on the shoe prior to delivery. As it was an online sale & return we are in a very weak position to challenge this. As a regular customer this a very short sighted decision.

The return policy is horrible (and this is a compliment)! After failing to provide the desired shoe size, Coogan allowed for a return (a customer is not entitled to a return unless pre-approved?!?) for which I had to pay. Not only that, they require a separate packaging, which I also had to purchase. The return in total cost more than GBP 10!!!
Stay away from poor choice and terrible service!

They sent a pair where the size label was manually tampered. The pair was obviously far too big, but they refused to refund as 30 days had passed.

Got independent external opinion confirming my view and now they are not even replying to my emails, so will have to file this case in small claims court.

I bought my grey Sloanes, which are suede desert boots. They are very well made, comfortable and stylish. They're also versatile, so they go with light or dark jeans or chinos.

Delivery was quick and prices reasonable. Competitors are charging 100 quid amd these were less than half that.

Will definitely buy from them again.

You better be sure that the shoes will fit you because if not you'll be stung by the cost of the return postage. I've just wasted £13 returning two pairs that did not fit...Not industry practice for online sales merchants, but hey lesson learnt, read the returns policy before you buy !

I bought a pair of the Chesham boots with the blue sole. Can honestly say the comfiest shoes I’ve worn. Like wearing a pair of trainers on your feet.

Great customer service. Extremely helpful with enquiries and delivery. Lovely shoes. For me they come up half a size bigger but your mileage may vary. Looking forward to ordering more from them.
