Staff helpful even though the shop was very busy. Great range of footwear at reasonable prices.

Please update your days… 19h10 - and your shop is closed. Other stores are open, and your Google info says your store is open until 21h00. Really inconvenient.

Good patience & professional advice from sales lady Djamila. I've problems finding shoes that fit due to the shapes of my feet, but am happy to have found what I needed at this shop.

I purchased a sandal on the 25th Aug. The person who helped me could not perform the transaction and had to wait for someone else. I had to wait, I then asked the person who came on the tills, why could they not sell and be on the tills ... the person says, because I don't need them on the tills. I said, but i had to wait so why not have a staff be multi skilled, he kept on saying because I don't want them on the tills. Pathetic excuse and does not make sense especially when customers are having to wait. I went today to get exchange for a larger size and also, after wearing once the bottom did was wearing off. I always by Timberland so was surprise by the wear and tear after one use. The same guy was there, and said, you wore them so I cant sell them so you need to keep them. I did not get to explain fully, and I did not want to as he was aggressive and had really poor customer service. I will not be going to that store because of how poor their service is. If the guy I dealt with is the manager then that's awful.

Appalling customer service by a certain member of staff when I went to this store over half term (if you can even call it customer service).

Hopeless and rude individual, and that too for no reason. I have received better service in the Regent street branch.

He didn’t care at all about the customer experience and I was with a child too, which didn’t help. No excuse for such ignorant and poor behaviour.

Was unnecessarily harassed for no good reason to the point that I felt obliged to call customer services and make a formal complaint. Which of course I didn’t hesitate to do. Thankfully head office were much better.
