Bought 2 pairs of trainers. Got mine in sale. Guy was really friendly and helpful. He gave us 10% off as we had to wait whilst they found the trainers in the stock room. Hardly any wait at all. Would go back again.

Really disappointed to see the distancing in this store. And even more disappointing to see the staff not say a peep. I can understand the store can only go so far to prevent people doing as they wish in such a small shop. However I expected at least one member of staff to try to step in. About 9 people in one section of the shop all stood within centimetres of each other and staff not even batting an eyelid. Really disappointing and felt completely unsafe. At least in other Preston stores you can see the staff making an effort to help with distancing. Will not be shopping again till after this pandemic.

We called into Footasylum, St Georges Shopping Centre, Preston, last weekend to collect an online order for my young grandson.
While my grandson was trying on the trainers, a very helpful member of staff, by the name of George, asked if we required any assistance. It just so happened that there had been an error made with the quantity ordered; I had received two pairs of the same item. George immediately reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem for him to sort it out for me there and then. Very efficient service from a lovely young man! Well done George!

Staff not particularly friendly, only had the trainers my wife wanted on display, however they were marked (dirty) so wife asked if she could have a trainer cleaning wipe (which they sell) and either let her clean them there with one or a staff member could do it, they said sure then tried to add 6 quid to the price, the staff member was rude and definitely requires some customer service training, only reason for the 3 stars was the selection of footware was good and the places was relatively tidy and clean.

Would be zero star. Not commenting on all staff. Some have no customer service at all. Sunday 19th DEC 2021. Worst customer service I ever experienced. Never shop in the store again.
