Shoe Zone

Sadly I am unable to post this with NO STARS:

One of the member of staff older looking woman (dont know if she manager or not) but her customer service was disgusting she was very rude I suggest that she gets more training on her customer service.

As her behaviour was appalling

Staff were friendly and helpful. The shop maximises the space available with shoes while still having room for staff and customers to walk safely without knocking things over. The shoes look like good quality but unable to speak about the longevity of them at this moment. Well priced too.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes in preparation for winter in September 2019, by the end of January 2020 i was in the market for a pair of shoes as i was walking with frozen wet feet. As the pics shows, the soles are not fit for purpose. Nice and pleasant staff but can't say anything positive about the shoes in regard to my experience. :(

It has come in handy for an emergency pair of school shoes or trainers.However the quality and lasting has not always been great but then the price is relatively low, so I guess you get what you pay for. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I came to this store at 5:25pm, when on their website says they close at 5:30pm, to find the store was closed by the team members and refused to serve several customers waiting outside the store. This is very disrespectful for customers who come all their way to purchase something. Very disappointed with this treatment, shame on you guys!! Sales person was also very rude saying that it was already 5:30pm when it was not true, avoid if you don't want to waste your time and been treated badly.

Zero stars terrible service closed store early

Really lovely staff! Really great selection. I worked at Clarks for a long time And was very impressed with everything. May not be real leather boots I bought But they are really comfortable And if you're on a budget? You can still turn heads with their fantastic designs.
