Staff only nice when you spend, if you want exchange or refund they give you email address. The so called customer service wanted photo of my Adidas Ultra Boost and receipt with description of the fault. After sending them, they keep saying - they are dealing with my complain, for more than 6 months. Absolutely rubbish service.

Unimaginable collections with a pinch of upscale pricing and rare collections.

Was refused entry at 7.40pm by ruthvik, he said he's not letting me in because they had to do the tills and tidy up and go home by 8 and the store shuts at 7.40pm, even though the store clearly says it's open till 8pm online and in the shop window. Its a shame because I had been to the store half hour earlier and tried on some shoes and was just coming back to purchase them. I told him I know what shoes I want he still said no because they shut at 7.40pm. Un-proffesional and an Embarrassment to the company.

Always love westfield. However, on this occasion, we went into Foot Locker looking for an item, I asked about some trainers and the young man just stood there barely giving any eye contact and gave no other alternative. Unfortunately he was extremely dismissive, don't apply to work in retail if you can't stomach the constant demand.

I liked it . This shop is a very good place to buy tracksuit . You can find many offers and discount prices there.

This store is one of the worst store I ever visit, they have their own rules and policies designed by managers, customer service just ok.

Great customer service a member of staff even put on some crocs for us

The communication within store was atrocious. If i am honest, this store does not deserve one star.

The staff hired at the store were rude, demotivated and had poor customer service. At the Westfield London branch, one of the sales assistance referred to a young man behind me as "the funny looking Chinese man". Even though it was brought to their attention and the manager that it was a rude way to address a customer, they did not care or acknowledge their rude manner. Most of the staff are Eastern European and they prefer their own people and value their own people more than others. They are extremely racist, rude, and obnoxious to be served by at this store. It took them nearly 20 minutes to serve me, and when they did there were extremely abrupt. At this point, I withdrew my choice to shop at this store and left my items behind.

I am not happy at all with Footlocker and I do not think I will be able to shop here again.
