Shoe Zone

Bought shoes for my daughter. They have a reasonable range of fasionable, comfortable shoes at surprising quality given the budget prices.

The best feature of the store is it's customer service. Massive thanks to Becky, who served us today, for her patience and help with a difficult task of aiding a clueless dad to choose shoes for a little girl that wanted them all. Finally decided on two pairs, one wasn't in stock but I left my details and got a call today to say they were in.

Real customer service that is rare in today's high street.

Shoe quality doesn't last as long as it used to but the staff are helpful and friendly, a good variety of shoes at decent prices.

Found what we wanted easily. Store was clean and tidy.

This morning I went into shoe zone with quite a lot of shopping in my hands which was heav otherwise i would of walked to the back of the shop to look myself., the assistant was serving so I interrupted with excuse me do you have any children's christmas slipper to which the assistant replied children's slippers up there and pointed, again I said yes but are they christmas ones, again a little offish she said I said all children's slippers are up there, a bit surprised by her customer service I again said but are they christmas ones to which this rude woman looked at me and said what do you mean by christmas slippers I just looked at her gave a shake of the head and told her not to bother, if the staff don't know what christmas slip0ers are I suggest she's working in the wrong shop, as for customer service she definitely needs to go on a refreshers course I needed to buy 8 pairs of ladies slippers and 8 mens which I had already picked out 2 days before in the words of Julia Roberts BIG MISTAKE and lost the company a fair bit of money I will not return there again.
