Friendly and polite staff. Items are well arranged in the shop. I encourage Ugg to create vegan line cruelty free though.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Stacey, really helpful and friendly store manager. She is a true and really picture of what UGG REPREST. Very friendly and hardworking staff members.

Staff behave like they don’t want to work there. Have nothing in stock, no shoes not even a protective spray. Might aswell shut down the whole store .

I was served by Mia. She was really nice and helpful highly recommend shopping there, not many people so it was nice for me aswell. Service was fast and speedy almost left with 2 pairs because I’m indecisive but didn’t have my size in the other colour so happily left with my first pair of Uggs. Very happy customer! Will be coming back to buy the chestnut colour. Thank you Mia for your exceptional service :)

How can a shop have no prices on 90% of its goods - especially if it is totally understaffed?

Really upset experience I had with Ugg . Bought boots for £165 after wearing them for couple of times , realized that they are twisting all my trousers which I wear and tights. I contact customer support and they said to me write and explanation about issue and pictures attached , which I did . I gave 4 page with pictures and issue explanation. I didn’t want any refund because I want a boots and if they are faulty they gave 1 year Warranty. After 3 week I received letter that it is no issue. From my point of view . Why would I bother to making pictures writing letter and bring it to the store( same as I bought with box and packed the same ) if they wouldn’t have an issue . I wear then for about 7-9 times .
I think from company reputation view that is not a good customer experience . Never had problem before, as I bought UGG for couple of times . I understand some of the situations but not this. Really disappointed.

Purchased a beautiful pair of Teague Metallic leather sliders.
Really comfortable and for perfectly.
Will hopefully enjoy wearing during the summer and whilst on holiday.
Customer service was excellent
Shop not crowded at all (visited at 7.30pm).

It's worth going down on Black Friday..
