The service here is incredible. Noella was super patient and showed genuine care for finding the perfect pair for me. She tirelessly brought several styles and sizes, trying to anticipate what I wanted. I highly recommend you go here and look for her to help you out. The shoes are amazing too, by the way but that’s a given :)

Very good quality shoes. Staff need more training about baby shoes, only 1 member of staff was knowledgeable, the rest waited for him to finish and come to help! Not viable when you're in a rush!

This day (05 January ) i went to Geox High Street Ken to complain about one pair of shoes which i have bought ( it happened 1 year ago) and the sales assistant Daniela was very in relation of my issue and since then she has tried to do her best in order to be kind to me. She worked hard in order to find out the duplicate of my purchase and she asked help to her manager in charge ( Mr Emanuelle), who kindly has done his best to satisfied my issue. Both have worked out to get what was necessary to get the duplicate of my purchase.
My shoes has got a fault on fabric and the Manager said to me that i could choose another pair of shoes in order to replace the ' faulty ones ' and this was i decided to do.
Meanwhile, my wife was with me and she has decided to buy a pair of shoes to her grandson and we left the shop very happy with this treatment and all of this story just to give a big Thankful to this Manager and his team who are very professional and look to the costumer as they must look.

For the last but not the least, I must say that we went to Geox shop saturday 4 January around 5pm in Kings Road in London, and we complain about the same situation and the sales assistant an Manager ( unfortunately i do not their names!!!), simple did not care about and they did not do anything in order to find out or even minimise the issue.
Very bad costumer service indeed!!!!

Hi, my name is Chris, I went into GEOX High Street Kensington, not looking for anything in particular. I was greeted by Jimmy who was completely friendly, knowledgeable ... very professional , and attentive!! 2 thumbs up to Jimmy and the GEOX team...I walked out with a pair of GEOX footwear...I highly recommend GEOX...5 stars!!!!

First and last time I am buying from Geox.
Bought some shoes in a rush during lunchtime and was pushed to buy some cleaning products by the sales assistant for almost half the price of the shoes. After I realized my mistake went back to the shop few hours later and the manager refused to give my any refund (while it was explicitly mentioned on my ticket that "unused items can be returned within 90 days" and that it was obvious that I didn't use any of the products).

I love geox footwear, always shopped in kings rd or Oxford Street. Then I tried to get a pair of sandals online
