Lady in shop tall lady with red hair. Seemed very off. And sharp. Not sure if she had had a bad day. But not great customer relations. The shoe I ordered were very nice. Cheap and cheerful.

It's the you pay for what you get this store is exactly that, but their safety shoes are actually not bad, staff are good and helpful but people have got to remember it's a self service store if it's there it's there if not ask to check stock then don't go ape on them because it's not in stock...

Not great service , you ask if they have a shoe in your size they merely say only whats on display. You ask if you can order the size you want, yes they can ,so why not offer that service rather than the customer ask!

Rather down-market and it is , in any event, closing down next month. I have bought velcro tabbed fabric upper hobos there in size 11 to send to Thailand as my friend there says he is unable to buy large size shoes locally. He swears by their comfort.

Don't under estimate Bromley shoes Zone. Number one shoes quality and affordable also, the staffs there are very polite and friendly. I enjoyed shopping there.
