Good choice of shoes but dreadful shop space. Can't get down isles with them being slim, staff leaving ladders down one isle so can't past that way, massively overcrowded. Left after failing to get anywhere near the shoes I wanted so bought online instead

So where to begin entered the store staff more interested in chatting amongst themselves 5 staff 4 talking 1 working 3 ladder step out on shop floor 1 blocking end aisle just what you want in the event of a fire disabled customer struggled getting shoes eventually helped by a member of staff

Staff were absolutely no use may as well have been a self serve tesco express

Not a great fan of sketchers, but it's a store which receives the unsold from other stores. Hence it is an outlet.

Everyone is always very helpful and happy for my dog to come in and sit quietly while we look! Great prices too

They don't have all sizes in enough quantity and also i like a pair of shoes that were defective, it was the last pair they have. They are cheap (UpTo 30%) but not much variety and sizes

Called today because I needed boots a size larger than normal due to toe surgery.A lovely man gave advice on sizes and fetch me several pairs from the back,very helpful and patient,I got just what I wanted ,well done ,loved the service,

We visited the scetchers shop 29/10/22 the was too busy chatting among other members of staff they didn't even notice a lady in a wheelchair trying to get around the store a member just carried chatting to other members of staff also the left the store as there was step ladders blocking the walk ways we will not be returning to this store.

Decent discounts, the member of staff that helped my husband was very helpful. Somewhat limited options in larger sizes for both men and women.
