Friendly staff, good organised, sizes are a bit funny but there is a fair quality and price.

Absolutely appalling terrible customer service

Expected it to be busy with last minute school shoes purchases but was empty, girls working there were super polite & friendly. Parking is an absolute myth but if you’re lucky there will be a loading zone bay free.

I wanted to thank the manager at "Shoezone" in Greenford for personally delivering some sparkling children's shoes in time for Christmas while I was in quarantine. Amazing, thoughtful service.
