It may not have as much choice it had when it was where Metro bank is now, but they still have a good selection of Children's, Women's and Men's footwear. The prices have increased as elsewhere, quite considerably in some designs, but overall still offergreat value for money, and plenty of cheap shoes. You'll find slippers, leisure / training shoes, formal, casual, even steel toe work boots. They also used to do a range of hiking style footwear but very little now.
Staff are too few, sometimes just one, but generally are happy to help, and will go and look for a size if not displayed. I find it one of the few places to have range of affordable Men's size 12 shoes to choose from, although they have got a bit smaller, so some are a very tight fit now, wheras used to fit more comfortably.
My advice, don't just grab your size shoe and assume they'll fit, try them on first!

Reasonably priced shoes and they had just what my daughter needed.

The shoes don't last long if you walk all day, however the shoes look good for the price.

Wouldn't give them even 1 star but i can't write my review with out. Rude staff really' realy rude in aylesbury. My wife bought a shoes for my daughter and half an hour later she changed her mind and went to exchange it. They checked and said they have been worn' they wouldn't return them. I tried to show them a show them new shoes from the shelf in same condition looked worn. But the young lady shouted at me and said she is not going to return. Very very rude wouldn't recommend aylesbury store.

The prices you pay is good value for money and always a good selection to choose from

Poor customer service from the Aylesbury manager. Returned shoes and was told they were worn. Never buy from them as shoes on the shelf are tried on by everyone and any small damages occurred as a result becomes your fault when returning. Shoes aren't brand new from the box and no tags- so becomes hard to prove not worn. Disgrace to their brand to be employing rude, unprofessional and racist staff. Not surprised this is a reoccurrence as another similar complaint was made below.
