These shoes are just fantastic! They are super comfy and such a delight to wear. I found them to be sized as expected. The heel height is great - enough, but not too much, so they are suitable for work and everyday wear. I love the vintage look of them and I am definitely going to buy more.

My mum bought a bracelet from there and showed me when she got home some of the stones were missing the sales person should have noticed I told her to go back and get a refund they told her they do not do refunds only exchange she got another one brought it home and I noticed again the stones were missing! I am so angry that they have treated my mother this way she is 70 they told her they don't do refunds I have just read there refund policy online this should only apply to sale items the bracelet was not a sale item cost £15 disappointing!

After searching everywhere to find my perfect wedding shoes to go with my 1920s inspired dress, I came across this shop (online). I ordered 4 pairs of beautiful shoes as all 4 of them could have went with the dress. I thought given how good the prices were the quality might not be great, but how wrong was I! They were very well made and super comfortable! Not only that, I returned the remaining 3 pairs and received a full refundI!!! I'm so pleased I stumbled across this little gem and will definitely be ordering more shoes in the future! Send you out pieces of faulty good. Sent me a bag with shoulder chain missing and embroidery coming off the bag! If your going to send out an item at least make sure it's in good condition and all parts of the item are included!! Do not shop from here!

If there is option 0 star I would give , there is a girl with hijab there the one served me is very rude , and I'm not saying with hijab to hurt hijabi cause I'm hijabi lady as well ,I described her so people can know which one I'm referring to , I was asking her and she was walking away, if you keep that girl in the shop you will loose lots of customers and me one

Recently bought two pair of shoes one is good to go and another one unwearable after first wearing on top they clearly deny that they compromise the quality. I do not recommend this shop.😡

Horrible customer service. Terrible staff. Very rude. They seemed very annoyed that I wanted my daughter to try 2 different sizes on for fit.
