My husband and I went into the Worthing branch on the 6/8/22
We were looking for a pair of Sandals for my mother, I could not find a size 6 anywhere, suddenly a young man I think was Michael came up to us and asked if we needed any help, he was so very helpful he could not help us anymore if he tried a true gent he sent someone to look in the storeroom then looked around the shop for the size 6 and found them what great customer service, polite, helpful and a great person to deal with, a true credit to Shoezone

I wanted to exchange slippers and staff could not have been more helpful, they went over and above to find me a similar product and were friendly and welcoming.

Nearest to Brighton now. Sold me what I wanted and very pleasant sales person.If cheap and cheerful footwear is what you're after Shoe Zone fits the bill nicely.

Not a wide range of children's slippers but customer service from Albie was first class.
