This shop, without question has the worst customer service in the Bromley area. Immature sales advisors are led by an unbelievably rude manager by the name of Debbie who needs to either be relieved of her duties or downgraded. I can not believe that such a splenetic person can be made a manager.

Debbie stopped my friend from purchasing a pair of Nike trainers just because I had also purchased one. I was absolutely incredulous at not only her petulant nature but at this ridiculous arbitrary decision.

She nearly ruined my friends morning but after quick thinking, I managed to persuade two amiable teenagers to go in and purchase a pair of the trainers for my friend so HA HA HA Debbie!!!

Rude manager who is lazy & wouldn’t know customer service if it hit her in the face, shame as I spend £100 to £300 every time I visit a shoe store, well offspring will not be getting any transactions from me. If they don’t change their ways I can’t see them staying around for much longer. They all need a customer service crash course.

I have seen from other reviews that the service is bad but I didn't have that problem. I was greeted with a smile by one staff member, after browsing I was asked by another staff member if I needed help, there was a third staff member who was busy but smiling and laughing also. I purchased a pair of trainers with zero issues. I would definitely recommend a visit here if you're a sneaker freak.

Arrived at store 5mins before opening for a limited drop. 4 delivery boxes on shop floor. Staff refused to open boxes stating there to busy! Even though i was the only customer and they had just opened the door! Staff unbelievably rude especially what seemed to be the manager. Also saw i guy end up walking out with a pair of trainers without paying which isn’t ok but also karma for how rude they were to him and me! Then they had the cheek to ask me which way he went haha! Luckily the offspring customer service line were great took the complaint and also placed my order for me. Will never use bromley again. Joke of a shop.

Sometimes nice limited trainers here but the customer service is a complete joke !
Some of the staff are nice ,friendly and helpful but there is this one older woman who overshadows their niceness with her miserable rude attitude !

I haven’t got her name but she is a darker older woman who seems to be the manager (not sure) and she has ZERO respect for her job and her customers!!

I’m surprised she has not been warned or even fired by offspring !

The manager wants me to try on the trainers I wanted to buy my daughter for her birthday 😂😂 I could only buy the trainers in my size or bring my daughter to buy her birthday gift what a joke if you can’t walk in to a shop and buy a pair of trainers off the shelf what is the point of having a shop . Personally I think there is more to this manager As he pick on people that looks in a certain way. Especially young kids that’s don’t look in a certain way

Girl working sat 6th Nov. Get a new job if your not happy working there , do us all a favour. More reason to shop online so I don't have to deal with miserable staff with silly attitude problems
