Obviously quite pricey, but for footwear that will last years. Good selection of DMs, I believe student discount is available, which always helps.

My daughter was looking for DMs, they didn’t have her size that day, but the staff in there were friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. Can’t ask for more than that really. Will go back again sometime soon when we’re next in Bristol.

Just bought my Martens after a long time. Very nice, helpful and knowledge staff. Helped with selecting the best shoe. Gave good advice about shoe protection as well.

Poppy did a great job helping my GF pick out the right sandals for summer. She wasn’t pushy, gave great advice and was genuinely very polite! If you want a good fitting experience ask for her she clearly knows the whole range inside and out!

Really bad customer service. Warning NO REFUNDS are given. They do NOT do half sizes but you can get them online. Rude staff. Really quite shocked at such a terrible experience.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful, was served by the lovely Poppy in the Bristol shop today, she was so helpful, gave me loads of advice about how to revive my Jadon boots and I bought the Church boots and I'm so happy with them!

I bought the Sinclaire Gunmetal boots on sale for £109. They looked completely different and much more gaudy when they came to me than how they did on the website. I also received no receipt or anything in the packaging. I decided to return them at this store and was told by the rude employee that I cannot return shoes bought online in store. The store was busy but she seemed to want to get rid of me instead of going through the process of making a transaction. I have no idea why a well known business would not accept in store returns for online purchases and this has never happened to me before. I had travelled across town with a gigantic box of heavy shoes to make this return and was turned away, even though there was no mention of this policy in any email I received, or anywhere during the purchasing process. I was gonna to return the shoes and buy a more expensive pair more to my taste but no longer want to spend my money on dr martens. Please improve your communication with customers.

The girl that helped me out was amazing. Helpful, efficient and was smiling non stop. Can't remember the name unfortunately but all the staff seemed eager to help. Lovely atmosphere
