I asked for my boots to have the heel re-covered with black stack, and new top pieces.

The top pieces were replaced to an ok standard, fit for purpose but not at all neat.

He didn't re-cover the heels but patched up a bit of heel cover that had come off, there were still parts of the heel cover peeling and when i showed them to him he said "well no on will see those". I think that shows the kind of attention to detail here - don't trust your nice shoes with them.

The place is also really filthy and dusty, I wouldn't trust light or suede shoes to be repaired here and stay clean.
