Horrible and audacious customer service.
My 7 years old was trying to wear a pair of big shoes and looking in the mirror.
The lady came from nowhere and approached rudely that my child is ruining the shoes and I have to pay for them!!!!
She made me speechless with her rude behaviour towards a child. Awful!! Disgraceful!!
Deichmann should manner their Customer Assistants!!

I am not impressed with the current selection in store. All feels like old stock and no seasonal looks have arrived yet.

Very rude employees, asked for the 10% for student discount and said they don’t do that even though they had a paper on the entrance mentioning they do! What a bad customer service!

They have a fantastic range of mens, womens, & children's shoes on sale.

I would love to be a regular customer here but they don't seem to get new designs. This place deserves 5 stars but as they don't get new designs hence 4 stars.
