Terrible communication

I ordered some adidas trainers from Amazon but they were too small so I returned them. A couple of days later shut centre rang to say they had received them and they had the next size would I like them to send to me, but I was away for 3weeks so couldn't take delivery, not a problem for them they dispatched when I returned home. Couldn't fault their customer service and will definitely use them again.

Excellent service, very prompt shipping. Ordered my daughter a pair of RAF Parade Shoes and they arrived within 3 days, in time for Sunday's Remembrance Parade.
