I always shopped in Clarks, Staines but don't like customer service and they cannot fit shoes well so I hoped over to Johnsons shoes for the first time. I love the variety and the customer service is really good. I'll be going there for my shoes now.

I dislike shoe shopping. but this store is good. The staff do sizing, they do children's school shoes, good brands like Clarks, kickers, geoks, starkrite, all expensive but robust shoe. it's good that this independent store does all the brands.

Young children can be difficult when they do not want to co-operate. The young lady who served us was great she showed kindness and patience. Very rare these days. A pleasure to shop.

The whole point of giving gifts is so they can be taken back in case the person don't like it. This useless store has useless management that are mad about refunds for unwanted items that were bought just a day before. Low quality shoes at extremely high prices. Don't recommend. Also just one staff on the shop floor, this is not how a store is ran.

Came here to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter and a girl with long, brown, curly hair I believe her name was Megan, at first tried to avoid serving me and took me multiple times to get her attention. I felt as if she was avoiding serving me. Once I finally got her attention I felt as if I was bothering her and that she didn’t want to help me. Overall, my experience here was awful and will not recommend spending your money here, I’d rather go to Clark’s!!

Good sale on. Bought a lovely pair of sandals for half price. Love their shoes, pricey but well made and worth the money

Took my mum in here to find some shoes, the staff were friendly and helped us quickly just not a massive selection.
