I went into Clarks @ Fosse Park to buy my grandson
his first pair of shoes
The assistant measured his feet and went off to get me the shoes I had chosen in a size 5f
She came back with the shoes and said they had a new way of selling
Put the shoes on my grandson and I remarked they are a bit big
She asked if I had any socks, I replied no but probably wouldn’t have any on him as it was the summer
I asked if they were the correct size and she said no, they are a 5g I have sized up for you
I replied can you get me a pair in the correct size please
Her reply, no we don’t have any
I cannot believe this from Clark’s shoes where for years I brought my childrens shoes from. Reason being they fitted them to your feet
Now they fit them to what they have in stock!!

We go here every 6-8 weeks to get our children's feet measured. The shoes are top quality and staff is always pleasant. Wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Appointment for school shoes. Attended to quickly and left with shoes in under 20 mins. Win win.

Really helpful service. Not pushy at all. I brought 3 really needed pairs of boots. The assistant was excellent.

Waited 30 minutes for my daughter to be measured to be told that we had been instructed to look at the wrong shoes. Being a size 9 she can only wear the smallest shoes which means soft soles, chunky patterns - not what we wanted at all. Clarks need to think about their designs for girls ... not all girls like mermaids and glitter. They should also install signage to notify customers if the sizes available. If this had been there, we wouldn't have wasted our time this morning.

Great, helpful staff. We came in literally half an hour before closing and still we got a great treatment and managed to buy the shoes we were looking for.

AIDAN really helped me out. I generally hate the Fosse Park store as I keep getting fobbed off to the less experienced girls to measure my children's feet. I've always found the Caucasian staff to be a tad racist as they automatically think I won't buy anything when I go there .. so getting back to Aidan, I was getting free delivery to store so I mistakenly ordered it to this store. With the royal mail strikes and Christmas holidays it was delayed by 2 weeks. Customer service advisor said my order consisting of children shoes is definitely at store but eveyone except aidan wouldn't go check they kept fobbing me off. Spoke four times to Caucasian females all refused saying "we scan when it comes it we can't make a mistake". AIDAN should get recognised and the rest of the staff need equality training, for fobbing off due to being a minority. WELL DONE AIDAN! 5 🌟 stars just for you.
