Terrible.Lousy customer service.Usually this shop is ok. A pair of boots fall to bits within a week.I had no receipt but a bank statement showing them my purchase by card.Refused to let me exchange for the full amount as boots had gone down from £19.99 to £14.99 even though you can clearly see on the bank statement the price I payed,they still charged me the extra £5.Avoid at all costs. Shoddy products.Maybe pay extra for good quality and go else where.

Recently refurbished shoe shop right in the middle of Bury St Edmunds town centre. Shoe Zone sells all different kinds of shoes in all every size from work boots to trainers,etc. Shoes are good priced too and the customer service is good and help whenever there ever is a problem or a question asked.
Well worth a visit !
