Absolutely brilliant, had a problem from the brand caused by another store, and these sorted it out.

Dropping the rating from 5 to 3. Not much staff in the shop. Long queues and waiting time. Wanted to try and had to wait almost 10 mins just to get someone's attention outside the waiting room. I am sure the staff doing their best but they need more.

Its a good shop but opening hours are wrong,they close shop whatever they want, one day 6 pm another 5:30

Great all round for family clothing

The online customer service is awful, unhelpful and tries to rip customers off, wouldn’t advise buying online from Footasylum. They lost my custom and will buy From elsewhere in future. Sadly I wouldn’t even give 1 star but to review that the bare minimum.

Up to date clothing store as personified by my teenage son. Great for the family and a wonderful shopping experience.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Always got what we wanted and for a good price to 👍🏽👍🏽
