Called in to Lincoln store with my wife for work shoes for her. Served by Zoltan who is very knowledgeable about all of the shoes in store, so much so that I ended up buying a pair of shoes for myself as well as for my wife. Thank you so much for your fantastic customer service to all of your staff in branch. A really good customer experience.

The best shoe shopping experience I have ever had.
Zoltan, the manager, showed me all the suitable shoes for walking and then provided me with 8 pairs to try. I was then assisted by the very knowledgeable and helpful Matilda, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Never once did I feel hurried or forced in to buy anything. Even my brother (who's very fussy) is intent on going back and buying a pair.
Highly recommended.

Excellent service today at Lincoln served by Corbin who was totally professional and very knowledgeable, absolutely made sure my wife was happy with her purchase after several trips upstairs to find the right footwear. Would definitely recommend a visit to this shop in the Waterside shopping centre Lincoln.

Needed to find some shoes that were sturdy enough for standing on my feet all day and for a wide foot. My daughter recommended Sketchers. I was served by Matilda who was very helpful in recommending a couple of pairs, explaining the benefits etc . From start to finish I found her friendly, knowledgeable and demonstrating good customer service, something quite rare these days in some stores.
