All the ladies were so helpful & understanding of my son and picking his new school shoes.
Friendly & sociable could tell they was all local with children in the same school as mine.
No rushing like some places was clean spacious and quiet which is what my son likes,
The seats by the windows is good idea especially for kids who need a distraction. :)
Plenty of choices with all size of shoes
& fairly priced size 5 junior lace up kickers 45£.

Happily surprised at getting some trainers for a very good price. I can be really difficult to buy for but got my perfect pair. Staff very helpful

Bought some walking boots in May of this year. The complete sole on the right boot came off. Took the boots back for refund or replacement. Told I needed proof of purchase. Showed the original transaction on my bank app......."no...that won't do you need a paper receipt" to qualify for proof of purchase. The staff member was quite officious and unhelpful. Will never ever use this store again. Neither will my wife. Well done sir, that's two customers you've lost. I'll stick with Amazon in future. Tell me why bricks and mortar retail is dying!

Attitude of the staff stopped me from buying from them. Just didn't care. If asked them if a shoe came in a certain size, didn't help, just got told "everything is on the shelves" then they went back to talking to each other.

Went looking for new work shoes. The prices have gone up but they're still cheaper than most shoe outlets, definitely worth a visit.

Whenever we have a visit to Blackpool we always call in. The last visit before this weekend was 20 years ago. Still the same large stock at reasonable prices with friendly staff.

Always a great selection of footwear on display to suit every taste. I am never disappointed with the choices i make. Great friendly staff to help if needed. Nice one 👍👍👍👍

Only came in here just to browse around and ended up coming out with a pair of shoes and a fleece gilet... but to be honest, I wasn't expecting to see the gilet, but once I have seen one that I liked, I got to have it!
