Stock levels of mens sandals in summer was quite poor , the shop was clean and tidy however and the staff were helpful

Called in llanelli branch Thursday to buy new slippers I found the pair my size tried them on and to my amazement they were three inches to big, so I told the girl with black hair, she said well if that's the size on the box that's the size they are, I replied and stated there's a fault here, well she said if they say it's your size it's your size.( What a stupid answer ) . I must admit the other girl with blonde hair did try to rectify the situation, but I lost confidence by then and left.
