Entered the property to have a browse and show a shoe wanted and asked for size 10 unfortunately didn't have any in stock but bought out size 9 1/2 which I tried and the fitted perfectly which I bought.

Staff excellent, very helpful. Being in my 70s I was apprehensive about spending what I considered a lot of money. I wish to place on record they are worth every penny.

Nice friendly/ professional atmosphere. Only down side is they seemed to lack almost any men's shoes in over a size 9

Poor service. Tried 2 different styles in 2 sizes and selected one pair. Was told by server that he would only get another box out for me if I was adamant I was going to buy them!

Sadly I had a bad experience. About a month ago I bought a pair of Sketchers. I tried them on in-store first and we landed on a EU 32 -small feet-. There were a couple of more sizes out, but when I paid I did not check the size that had been given to me. I did not get to wear the shoes until last week but I was disapointed when I discovered that I had given the wrong size, one too small. The shoes are really tight and uncomfortable and because I wore them a couple of times to try and see if I could make it work, unreturnable. I know it was an honest mistake but I am really dissapointed with the service.
