Was better before the refit as the prices were cheaper, obviously it looks much better now and the staff have always been fantastic.

Had a problem with a pair of sandals that I had bought from there and only worn once for 2 hours. Straps were covered in sparkly strips which started peeling off after an hour. When I took them back I was met with attitude from a member of staff, who inturrupted me to ask if I had worn them outside. When I said that I had he immediately said that I could not have a refund as I had worn them outside. He had interrupted me while I was speaking & thought he was being so clever. After I told him that he was being stupid because they were shoes not slippers he he said that he had better get the manager. The manager appeared immediately & guess what she had an attitude too! She started looking underneath for marks & was about to say that they could not refund when she noticed the sparkly strip peeling off. When I pointed out that that was why I was returning them she said that I should have said that, to which I replied that I would have if I had not been interrupted as I was speaking. I have been in retail management for many years & this store definitely needs staff training. Do not talk over customers, listen to what they are saying instead of assuming!!!

Store had a decent range of shoes at a mixed price.

Hard to get my size which is probably more of the common sizes.

Staff in here did not seem very helpful at all. No offer of assistance when looking at shoes for our 2 boys. We ended up buying from elsewhere as they seemed more happy chatting with each other.

Exceptional customer service. Had to return a pair of shoes and the level of help I received was second to none. Will certainly come back.

Great prices and fab customer service.

Nice shop with helpful staff and good prices. However, I had my shoes delivered, the correct size were on the order, but the wrong size was delivered. I then have to pay to return them, for their mistake! The postage is not too expensive, but it's the principal I don't like. Its possible to return the shoes to the shop for free, but as I live nearly 2hrs drive away, this is not practical.
