Very helpful staff ,grandson loved new light up school shoes ,but £48 Very pricey

Sorted the kids school shoes pretty quickly. Seems to be less choice than there used to be

Very rude when I was returning an item bought in another store. And I was leaving heard the staff say ‘we need to call them about this’
Not sure why returning an item from another store is an issue or why I was asked what store it was bought in to begin with. That’s completely irrelevant, as it was a Clark’s store and product, if she had looked at the receipt.

Excellent service very helpful, staff in shop need a radio quietly in the background awkward silence off putting.

The place to go for quality. Prices frightening some times though good discounts in the sale, if you can find your size....

O have been rather impressed with the staff from the shop, very helpful in finding the correct pair of shoes and also solutions for other issues which I have had. I do strongly recommend as very good products and also extremely good staff members.

I visited the Wrexham store today for a foot measurement for my 2 year old baby girl and to purchase her some new shoes. The staff were very helpful every step of the way on both counts.
