Happy Feet

Where to begin! What a fabulous experience, we went in to browse and left with 4 pairs of shoes, some croc charms and lots of ideas.
There were 6 of us in total and we were made to feel very welcome.
All questions were answered and we were even shown a number of sale items.
The range in this shop is quite phenomenal and we will all return again.
The lady, might have been the owner, made a fuss of the children and gave them a small gift each.
We would all highly recommend this local and valuable business.

Visited this shop on my holiday to Wales, and was not disappointed! I expected to browse some of their crocs as someone who already owns some, and was very happy to see their new range of charms at a good value, and was pleased to purchase them separately, rather than have to buy the whole sets as you usually do with jibbitz, which makes for more customisation! The lady who served me was very friendly despite it being very busy and warm! Would definitely shop here again if I got the chance to! Do wish there was a chance to purchase online! Brilliant little shop!

Lovely experience at happy feet in Tenby last week. Bought my first pair of crocks about 8 years ago from this lovely shop, they are still going strong now !!. I bought another pair last Tuesday and the lady who served me was wonderfully helpful and polite , she even looked after our two Scottish Deer Hounds Ernie and Ruben with treats while I browsed all the crocks inside . Can’t wait to visit again .

I visit this shop every time Im in Tenby. Yesterday I visited and had my heart set on buying some Mesh Crocs. They didn't have any in stock but the lady was so happy to help, she gave me plenty of time and asked me to try what I wanted. And left me to it, exactly what you expect really. I couldnt make up my mind so I left the shop, returned 30mins later with my wife and 2 children, we were all welcomed in and youngest is only 14 weeks and was in a large pram, this didn't alter the owners optimistic personality and again she was happy to help me again. I still didn't buy anything, but hoping their stock will refresh before I leave Tenby this Friday :-)

Fantastic shop, fantastic owner.

My 14 year old daughter, my friend and I visited this “happy feet” shop today in Tenby, I wore my mask and my friend wore a face covering, my daughter was very happy to find her mint green crocs she’s been wanting for ages, along with some croc charms. The lady I think who owned the shop came in and said to my friend “where’s your face mask it’s the law” very sternly. To my surprise my she then said to my daughter and you. I explained my daughter is exempt from wearing face masks, she said well where is her proof. My daughter is autistic and panics with anything covering her mouth. She was made to wear one in her shop. I was so angry at this ladies attitude, it took her about 10 minutes to add up a pair of crocs and 4 charms. We will never be stepping foot in your shop. We had to leave Tenby and cut our day short due to this. A word of advise, not all disabilities are visible, and check your knowledge on face coverings law and disability laws.
