Eastern Avenue Trading Estate

I am a disabled driver, if I had to park in the main car park it would be a nightmare. The parking spaces are far to narrow, it would make very difficult for me to get in or out of my car.
The shops are ok could be cleaner, but that personal preference.

Went to Screw fix very friendly staff and good snack bar right outside.

Went to the kebab van on the way home. Best kebab I've had in a long time

Car park was designed by a midget in a midget car, most probably Noddy.

And a burger van , great. Food. Oh. Nearly forgot, Gregg's as well. Burger van is better

Good choice of shops in Eastern avenue. Food outlets, like Gregg's, and Tim Hortons and MacDonalds. Coffee shops like Starbucks

Don’t know why I’ve been asked to review this, it’s a Trading estate, lots of small independent businesses trying to survive

A decent range of businesses although the dual carriageway means you need to be in the correct lane nice and early to make sure you can turn into them safely. Missing an entrance invariably means a lengthy trip up and back down the entire section of dual carriageway. Confusingly, some premises are accessible by crossing the central reservation, either with the aid of traffic lights (like Halfords) or without (like Screwfix).
