We bought a wifi mesh system from this company on Ebay. We had issues early on but it took a lot of testing to identify a potentially faulty unit rather than wifi issue, and thus five months after purchase an enquiry was sent from us to see if this could be resolved via a replacement unit. Contact was rapid, and an exchange was offered immediately. No chasing required- really refreshing.

I ordered for our disabled son, some music speakers. We had trouble sourcing these, but with this company nothing was too much trouble, and luckily they had these in stock. We live abroad and received this package in perfect condition. I would buy again from this company

I purchase battery lawn mower that was very well made but had a problem that caused it to cut out. Surplus central refunded me in full including postage. I'll purchase from them again
