The place could do with updating in terms of decor but otherwise it's a decent shopping centre with a variety of shops within

I've slowly watched the deterioration of this shopping centre over the last 30 years from boom to gloom. Once it was the place to be with all types of shops to cater for all your needs. Now with all the big names leaving it's full of shops that only cater for children and those that can only go here as they can go anywhere else. If you like fast food coffee need a hair cut cheap clothes and sugary foods this is the place for you all in a building fit for the 80s. Enjoy ☺️

The Grosvenor shopping centre and the town centre are great but they could be miles better with proper investment. It has what you would usually find like coffee shops, clothes shops, and the like. It's a good social area. It's always worth the visit to get what you need.

Not that keen.

Was very warm. A bit dated.

Shops were ok but also hot inside them. Could have done with air con. We visited in October so it wasn't exactly a hot day.

Didn't feel safe getting into/ out of the shopping centre because of people begging, rubbish around etc... That was not the shopping centres fault but it out me off going there because of the surrounding area.

5 stars for the glass lift! My mum has always been scared of lifts so this provided me with great entertainment! It was so funny

I can't remove any stars because of the lift, but I would because of the car park. Don't get me wrong, it's a fun car park (I may review that separately), but how do you pay?! We couldn't find a payment thing anywhere. We couldn't remember what time we arrived so we decided to chance it. Success! But confusing

I like the shopping centre. It's got some good places and isn't full of establishments that aren't there the next time you visit (looking at you, Rhyl)

I think you could easily waste most of a day here

Came looking for smart children's clothes. Thank goodness for River Island. Poor choice of shops, dark and dingy. Won't go back if it's not a dire emergency.

Not what it once was, full of really rather pointless shops that nobody uses. Half the taps in the toilet don't work but that pretty much sums up the building.

In need of more independent shops and useful places.

Something for everyone here.
Nice watches, the food could be better but I've not tried everything. A few closed places and the exit upstairs can be a bit tetric.
