Great band good entertainment my old school mates had a good night

I’m actually considering making a complaint after last night at the venue!
45 minutes before I was served for a drink.. then the bar staff tried to over charge me.
Little did they know I was sober and hadn’t had a alcholic drink but spoke to me as though I was drunk and didn’t understand when I have full understanding of their price list! I find it appalling they’d assume people that have had a drink may not be aware they are being over charged. I refused to pay the £16 bill for 4 drinks as it should have equated to £10.60 (which after an argument with a brunette girl on the bar was resolved)

The brunette girl on the bar who approached me to resolve this was extremely rude and was extremely rude to the bar tender that served me, afterwards I found out that it was his first day! At that point I had sympathy for the mistake made with over charging! However, the way this brunette girl treated the lad was appalling, shouting, storming around and throwing receipts at the floor after screwing then up in anger! She is the worse customer experience I have ever encounted and I hope for the sakes of the bar she isn’t a manger .... bad! Bad! Bad! Attuitide and leaning techniques for the poor lad on his first night!

I wouldn’t normally make a fuss but even my partner commented on her attitude the following morning so here’s my review on the bar!

A great place to be well done Hacketts for a great time

Great place for late drink and dance meet new people under new owners now still free to get in

First club I ever went too its good but lots of under age people get in... so not fantastic and the music is way too loud for a club but drinks are at a good price.

Nice and friendly staff great drinks and a brilliant atmosphere

Went on a girls birthday music was good we all had a great time

Great shops in the Corn Exchange just off the high street
