On the A5 between Norton and Wilton Lock. A lovely afternoon spent with friends in the cafe. I was surprised with the size of the cafe and we were seated in the outer attached area. A comprehensive food and drink menu at reasonable prices. Excellent staff service, lovely girls. Some interesting shops to browse in ( I did buy something). A nice large car park. Recommended.

What a fabulous place. We called in to the tearoom for coffee but stayed for lunch as the ambience and feeling of the tearoom on arrival was exemplary. The whole place oozed character and charm. The staff as a whole were superb, the young lady that dealt with our order was absolutely superb. Meals were well presented, really good quality, tasty and great value for money. A wonderful example of how a busy tearoom should be operated with staff selection first class. Well done to everyone.....we will definitely return when we are in this area.

Some very unique shops some hand made items that were stunning. Went for something to eat. It is best to book it has become very popular. If you don't book they will take your number and ring there are plenty of boutique shops to look at and admire.

We visited with our nieces and nephew on 31st August for meet the animals. Our first visit to the site. Children had a fabulous time, great shops to look around and the restaurant provided super food. The only downside was our visit to the sweet shop. The young blonde girl serving who was obviously working during the school or uni summer holidays was unbelievably miserable. Couldn't raise a smile let alone speak. I appreciate it was busy but a friendly person serving would have made our experience even better. My husband also picked up on her manner so it was obvious to all.
Why work in a sweet shop if you obviously don't want children in there. Such a shame her sour face spoilt our experience in the shop but the rest of the site was fab With super friendly staff. Children loved meeting the animals.

Lovely place for mooching and browsing. I was going to the watch boutique but spent longer there by going to other shops. Lovely coffee shop, and the kids enjoyed the sweetshop.

Rather up market and largely over priced shopping outlet. However there are some good quality shops with quality products and you must be prepared to pay for that. On the surface the tea room looked the same. But although not cheap it provides a good quality menu and I felt it was good value. Excellent staff and they really do keep things clean. I was impressed.

Some lovely shops here that sell the higher end kitchen ware from gadgets to crockery. Everyone who works there are extremely friendly, happy people. Well worth a visit
