Good for DIY goods etc but either this guy was having a bad day or he doesn’t like non local customers. Arms crossed, grumpy and very unwelcoming.

I've been coming here for years, and it's never been the friendliest store, but it's got worse. I was about to spend over 150 quid, but you're watched like you're on day release from Pentonville. Signs everywhere saying don't touch stuff, and when we left in the door was slammed behind us. I get better customer service from an Amazon driver.

A wide range of boating, swimming and leisure things as well as all sort of DIY things and other nice items.

Was very pleasantly surprised at the wide variety of stock. Had everything we needed and more.

Stood outside and treated me like a potential thief. Having a long hair is not a crime.
Overpriced tat too.

Excellent little shop that sells a good range of nautical items, DIY, tools, gadgets, clothes and plenty more. Run by a pair of knowledgeable and helpful guys, and open throughout the year.

I have just moved to Aberdyfi and had very little with me, and this shop has been a lifesaver. Excellent, efficient service, huge range of stock, cannot recommend highly enough.

Well, charm and a warm welcome aren’t exactly high on the list here, so don’t expect it otherwise you’ll be sadly disappointed! I went in today with my daughter and we bought a fleece, but you’d have thought we’d stolen it. I think some Customer (remember them?) Service training and awareness might be in order.......starting with a smile, it’s not hard if you try! Shall not be visiting this shack of mediocrity and gloom again.
