I recently had a mole removed at Zafra Medical and would highly recommend this place if you're thinking of having anything done. My first consultation with Dr Zafra was informative and I felt like I could ask as many questions as I needed without being rushed. The procedure itself was pain free and super quick and I was very well looked after. The result is already brilliant.

Thank you to Dr Zafra for the procedure he did on my face, there is barely any scarring and I am so much more confident now. He took time to explain every step of the procedure, showing me photographs and examples of similar work, all of which was helpful and reassuring. The after care has also been terrific. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much!

I had a mole removed with Dr Zafra and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had thought about getting it done for ages and compared loads of different clinics. The procedure was so quick and painless and also very reasonably priced in comparison to other places. Can’t rate Zafra Medical highly enough! I had two small lesions removed and the whole process was great. Staff were so friendly, reassuring and helpful, plus were very good about me rearranging my appointment twice. I’m horribly squeamish but Dr Zafra put me at ease and the whole procedure was quick and painless. Would absolutely recommend.

This is the second time I have booked in with Dr Zafra for the Co2 laser. Relaxed and friendly with great results. I suffer with large pores on my cheeks and noticed a difference even after the first session. I love the fact you can see day by day results from patients who are confident enough to document their journey on social media. I have tried other places, and other treatments like chemical peels to target the same area and nothing has been as effective as the Co2 laser. I would definitely recommend.

I’d been searching for a suitable clinic, but no others in the area offered this exact service nor were any of the other clinics as cost-effective.

The consultation was free, Dr Zafra showed him self to be an expert in his field and was a complete professional whilst also putting my mind at ease, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. On the day of the treatment I must have been his office no longer than 15 minutes. It was such an efficient, effective treatment and I would recommend him to anyone looking for this procedure.

It’s now been two months since I had my mole removed and I’ve completely forgotten I even had one (probably explains why it’s taken me so long to leave a review).
