Perfect service as always, lady on reception is always so welcoming and friendly. Cannot fault Sarah, she's so lovely, I know I am in safe hands and I am always 100% happy with the treatment I receive.

Lovely clinic & lovely staff, excellent service however My results have not been 100% and I am concerned after time the treatment hasn’t worked however Sharon has gone above and beyond to ensure that she will do everything to get the desired results.

Highly recommend this clinic. They went above and beyond to help me after a traumatic experience I had with another salon. They made me feel confident again and I am truly grateful for everything they have done for me. Helen and Malcolm are friendly, caring, professional and trustworthy. You are in safe hands with them. I cannot recommend them enough!

What am amazing place. Dr Willis and his team are lovely and engaging group - a great combination of skill, wit, humour, knowledge, experience, kindness and enthusiasm. Propelled through the process effortlessly - felt like an hour with old friends at the end of which walked back out problem solved. Can't thank them enough 100% recommend, if you're in any doubt you in good hands with this team so JFDI.

Always very professional and helpful. Everything is clearly explained and there’s no sense of ‘selling’ their work. Sarah is a superstar and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for making me look my best!

The initial consultation explained the process I would go through in a very professional and easy to understand manner. Malcolm and Helen’s approach was relaxed and light hearted which was appreciated. The procedure was far easier than I anticipated and I am very pleased with the end results of my treatment.
