Kirsty is very friendly and makes you feel immediately at ease. Non pushy and listens to what your expectations are. She explains every part of the treatment so you know what to expect. Kirsti also messages you a few days later to see how you are doing, which is a trait of her nursing back ground. She also isnt totally happy untill you are totally happy !
