Awful lies after lies, false promises. Our table was broke, promised a new one very quickly. Told by manager its a non stock item, so we called manufacturer and told he wasn't being honest. No call back as promised. Quite possibly the worst customer experience we've ever had! Be going back in a few days to visit store with the chairs and asking for refund if not resolved asap! Check facebook page scs complaints for more horror stories. Ill be outside branch at weekend telling people to Avoid! Avoid avoid!!!! Unless rectified this review will remain and other negative ones will be left

friendly staff invited us in as we were peering through the windows at sofas and had takeaway coffee. Found some lovely comfortable sofas.... Plenty of free parking but some days must register your car registration.

Tried every sofa and couldn't find one we liked.
I'm sure they suit some given this is a chain.
The best part of this one is there are multiple other shops in a few minutes walk to compare.

Very professional sales person, who dealt with our requirements without us being badgered as soon as we entered the shop.
When asked gave us the appropriate information we required which resulted in a full three pieces (3 seater settee : 2 seater settee : single recliner) suite being purchased. Would highly recommend ScS to anyone looking for furniture.

Not great. Order took about 13 weeks to arrive instead of 5. Constantly had to chase up on it and they messed up and sent the order to the wrong depot. Won't be ordering from SCS anytime soon again.

Customer service was pretty appalling too. They are great in the store and really helpful but the moment they get your money and sell you their product, they no longer want to hear from you.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Not pushy or typical sale person.
