Sofa Workshop by Timothy Oulton - Chiswick

We bought a sofa in February and (although there was a hold-up due to a shortage of fabric) the Chiswick store kept us informed and negotiated a suitable delivery time
with us. We're very happy with our new sofa and the service provided. Thank you.

Bad customer service/employees - today my Father who is 75 years old went to pick up an armchair from the store in Chiswick - not a single employee offered to help him and instead watched an elderly 75 year old man struggle to carry a rather large armchair out of the store. He had to leave it at the door to get help. There were 3 employees in the store and it was dead inside: not 1 of them offered to helped as he struggled. Absolutely shocking, it's just common decency to help, will not be buying from here again.

I was going to buy from them but they couldn't arrange to take my sofa away.. v poor so will purchase new sofa from across the road. Adventures in furniture which provide excellent service

Brilliant, very pleased with the quality of a very comfy bed settee and the colour I wanted. Their staff were very kind . Highly recommend Sofa Workshop.

I ordered the best couch ever with Larisa, the best sales manager ever. She walked me through an immense amount of technical details that can impact the quality of the coach & how it feels. we discussed fabrics, textures, fits, piping, fillings and everything under the sun. she always knew the answer or the best way to get to a solution. loved working with Larissa and will definitely buy from there again. 5 stars all around
