Most shocking delivery time appointment. You are asked to choose time then 2 days before they change then no communication. Never over my dead body again wasted 16 hours at home .not gone for work. Rate 0

Don't go to this shop! Went in today with every intention of buying a sofa I'd seen on the website but the young Indian guy who works there was the most unhelpful sales person I've EVER come across. All I wanted to know was what were the dimensions of the 2 sections of the corner sofa I'd chosen which he couldn't tell me just kept looking on the dfs website himself didn't even try to find out for me but just kept telling me that I'd have to buy it in 4 separate sections costing an extra £1500 (as the sofa i wanted was in the sale). Ended up walking out & going elsewhere, just felt like they were trying to con us. Abysmal customer service, don't know if it was the individual or his training either way AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
