Bought our sofa in June 2021 didn’t get delivered until February 2022 after months of chasing and no communication from the store to tell us. It came with missing feet and rips down the back. Again twice we have waited at home for someone to come and fix it, twice they have come out not equipped to fix the issue. They have now promised us replacement that would come in 6-8 weeks that was in April! Today we went to the store to be told it’s not the stores fault and the manager told me it’s not his job to ensure a customers issue is seen through! What exactly is in your store managers job description because it clearly isn’t customer service! 1 year and 2 months in and left with nothing but a damaged sofa with parts missing … awful company

Awful, awful, and awful. The sofa is not as described. Its seats are 'saggy' and the armchair...let'a not go there. What a disappointment and money. Now they have my money, the not-so-good customer service has vanished. The promise of calls back - nothing materialised. They broke a fixture in my home - still awaiting the so-called department to contact me about this. Stay away, you have been warned

Don’t wast ya time lies, got a 3500 Bed waited 5 week for it to turn up parts missing, nobody help you all lies , Farnborough store the guy said he help, and book me somebody to come look day after though amazing! Oh his tell lies don’t know his name but thanks for good customer service not!!!! ,

Refurbished and funcy. Shame about the staff...can't be bothered to come for help and show the available options. No customers in store yet a number of staff are too busy chatting to each other. When asked about sofa bed one unwilling dfs worker vagely pointed at the number of sofas and said you just remove cusdions and put it out. No demonstration. No 'hello', no 'how can i help you'... busy reclining themselves and playing with their ipads. I would recommend the stores in the same shopping area..Furniture village, sofology..etc.

0 stars but have to put 1 to write a post (another scam). Going on 4 weeks waiting for my refund in which all in-store staff were useless in assisting (apart from Jamie, who was a transfer from another store). Manager Mark had an attitude, no apologies for the delay (I’m now waiting a month for my refund of £500) and as I was walking away exclaimed “all over £500 pound…” - it could be £10 and yet the legality of returning my money within the time frames set by your own company still apply. I assume he was hungry. Belittling a customer because you think you’re above them is never appropriate. Leon harassed me for my number and told me he likes be on top … and also mentioned that he asked a “couple” to join him on the sofa but then realised they were father and daughter. All staff are not well trained and with a Manager like Mark is no wonder. A true narcissist, not customer service friendly and when I mentioned I didn’t get a call back AFTER 72 hours, he said “you wouldn’t have …” as if I should know the reason as to why, so I asked and he said “well I haven’t been here” without looking up from his iPad. He was sweating profusely suggesting he knew he was in the wrong, but continued to say “trust me” “listen to me” to assert his non existent dominance. Size doesn’t make you big, when your mind is that little. Not one apology for my negative experience, only 1 man on the customer service line was supportive. I was warned by your competitors that this would be my experience but put my faith in you nonetheless, lesson learnt! Don’t shop with DFS. Lose your money today, get your sofa never!

Mark (store manager) from this branch never calls me back - my sofa was delivered broken in September and it has been impossible to get DFS to get it sorted - now January and I have made so many calls and sent so many emails. Horrendous customer service and a nightmare experience. DFS have taken my money but not given me a working sofa. Absolutely shocking.

Went in to DFS, excited to buy a sofa we’d seen. Sales lady was very strange… I asked what deals they had, she said none… on NY bank holiday Monday. She said we needed to spend £100 more on the stuffing or it wasn’t worth buying and £100 on delivery. I left not wanting to buy from the shop after a 2 minute exchange. Rude and odd experience

The manager of this branch called Mark is the biggest money sucking mosquito I have ever encountered in my life. Staff ordered left handed corner sofa instead of right handed despite showing them photos and a recording of the house. I have therefore been delivered a wrong product which doesn't fit and blocks the patio doors. Been trying to contact them on numerous occasions which didn't get anywhere and their manager Mark has just sent me a 2 line email refusing to acknowledge this or provide any real customer service. AVOID this Company at all costs specially this branch.
