Great service in store, really attentive without being intrusive or pushy. Gave my partner and i time to discuss things in private without trying to influence in any way. Delivered bang on time as agreed at 7am. Guys delivering took so much care not to mark any walls or door frames carrying it in, one of who was the guy we bought it from which was a very nice touch. First class service and a great product too! Can't recommend enough.

Today our new sofa was delivered so beautiful. Highly recommend this place from beginning to the end service is first class. The delivery guys was very helpful and makes sure everything was set up perfect before they left. Great job well done 👏

A huge selection of sofas, chairs, occasional tables, footstools and art work over 4 floors. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were doing research and sofa sampling- but will be back when our property is ready to move in!

I have just purchased a Sofa Bed from this company I. went to them on a recommendation from a friend I first went to their Worcester showroom back in July but I needed the Sofa in a couple of weeks.They couldn’t supply it that quick as I needed it for my grandchildren who we’re coming to stay, I was so impressed with the quality and by the way I was treated by Mr Cooper I told him that when I was ready to buy a Sofa I would like to buy from him.I telephoned him the end of October and ordered the Sofa Bed he recognised me from my visit to the showroom he delivered the Sofa on 26th of November not only did it look good but it’s really comfortable.I have already recommended 3 friends and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in this age of poor service and bad quality goods it’s refreshing to deal with a company that goes the extra mile.

Ordered a beautiful sofa but an extra two week delay as the order was incorrect. Just as well I popped in to change the material of the scatter cushions & matching cushioned table. That's when I found out. It's a fourteen week wait so I suppose two extra won't make much difference.
